Seeing him, she becomes very humble, but love in her heart, then open to dust

Letter from a net pal:
Hello Chen, I graduated from university two years ago and have been working at this company. I have feelings for one of my colleagues. She is 13 years older than me. I am 24 years old and she is 37 years old.
During my college years, I had a girlfriend. Graduation season was also breakup season. I was deeply saddened by the separation. After we parted ways, my mood was extremely low. She offered me tremendous support at work. She consistently comforted me and stood by my side. Gradually, I recovered from that difficult period and my spirits lifted significantly. She showed great kindness to me in the workplace and took care of my daily needs. Initially, I regarded her as an older sister, and later learned she was divorced from her husband. They had been living apart for a long time, and her husband had been unfaithful to their marriage. They have an 11-year-old child who is being raised by her husband. They have an 11-year-old child who is being raised by her husband.
At first, we were just colleagues and got along well. We often went out together and traveled for business. When my lease expired, the landlord took back the apartment. Since I was busy at work and had no time to look for a new place, I used to complain about the rental situation to her at work. So she offered to let me move into her house. She had been living alone since her divorce. The house has three bedrooms, and I pay rent as I see fit.
Thanks to our close relationship, I moved into her place. She treats me wonderfully—preparing breakfast for me before work and dinner when I come home. She takes great care of my daily needs, both at work and in my personal life. Day by day, I've come to rely on her deeply. I enjoy spending time with her. We often go shopping, watch movies, and dine out together. Honestly, we have a great time.
On this Valentine's Day, our relationship deepened. That evening, she cooked at home and we dined together with red wine. We nearly finished an entire bottle. After showering, we sat on the sofa watching TV together. She looked truly beautiful at that moment. I sat beside her and, for some reason, felt myself blush while my heart raced wildly. I touched her legs, and she didn't resist. Then our first time happened on the sofa... After that, everything felt so natural. We're coworkers at work but like husband and wife at home. I realized I love her and want to rely on her. I care about everything concerning her and have started learning how to love and take good care of her.
My parents asked me to return home and work there by the end of the year. I don't want to break up with her, so I refuse. They've set me up on several blind dates, all of which I turned down. I haven't hidden anything from her. She never asked about them and never expressed an opinion either.
Master Chen, do you think she and I have a chance? I asked her, but she didn't say anything. She was nice to me as usual. She didn't spend my money or take anything from me.
I don't even know what she thinks of me. What should I do? I've searched online for a long time. I trust you and am taking courage to send you this email. I hope Master Chen can give me some good advice.
This is a successful case from early 2017. It was also a particularly challenging one. Typically, we help both parties establish more aligned future goals, including how they plan to live and interact moving forward. We have practical experience with age-gap relationships. We focus on the key factors that can overcome every perceived obstacle.
And for each couple, we have different methods to resolve thorny issues.
